Our cancellation policy aims to provide flexibility and ensure a positive experience for both sides. Please note the following:

For our public tours, you can cancel with 24 hours notice without any charges.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in cases of extreme weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, we, as the tour operator, will help you reschedule for another date or give you a full refund.

For private tours and groups (6+), the cancellation policy is as follows:

Three weeks or more before the scheduled tour: no charge.
Three weeks to two weeks prior to the tour: a 25% fee will apply.
Two weeks to one week before the tour: a 50% fee will apply.
Seven days or less before the tour: a 100% fee will apply.
